Lentor Hills Road’s (Parcel B) bidding received much interest, with TID Residential Pte. Ltd. emerging victorious with an exceptional bid of $276.36 million which works out to $1,130 psf ppr (price per square foot per plot ratio).
TID made an aggressive bid that exceeded other contenders by an astounding 18.9%; their offer was 189% higher than the next closest bid of $950 psf ppr submitted by a consortium comprising notable names like China Communications Construction Co, Soilbuild Group Holdings, and United Engineers of Yanlord Land. Leonard Tay, head of research for Knight Frank Singapore noted this significant difference and highlighted TID’s keen interest in purchasing this plot of land.
Compare to previous transactions: TID’s bid for Parcels B was 6.6% higher than Lentor Hills Road’s (Parcel A), which garnered Hong Leong Holdings, GuocoLand, and TID in January.
